Chapter Phone Case Merchandising Submissions
As a Chapter of the Roaring Riot you are encouraged to create merchandise designs that best represent your city and members, while maintaining the vision and identity of the national Roaring Riot organization.
Our supplier partnerships allow us to create designs for almost any type of item that may be of interest. The benefits to this model are that you will not be required to buy any inventory of the products, have to worry about chasing down payments, manage shipping and distribution, or have a limited time to offer the items (the items will stay on the site as long as you would like them to).
Roaring Riot will also commission back 25% of the net revenue from items purchased to each respective Chapter.
Fill out the form below with all the information for your designs we will mock them up on the item and host them on roaringriot.com. You will have your own "store" to direct members to the Chapter-specific items for purchase.
Use solid shapes only: Do not include photographic imagery (no gradients, no blends, only solid shapes)
Outline your fonts: All fonts in the print files should be converted to outlines so you don't have to send over the font files.
Use solid colors only: Use only solid colors. Maximum of 2 colors for 3D puff and maximum of 4 colors for flat embroidery
Font and detail size: Fonts and details should be a minimum of .5" high and when using a different color outline they should be no less than 4pt
Backgrounds must be transparent
True to size graphics: True to size graphics (we can only adjust the size by 10% once digitized)
File formats: Vector graphics files (AI, PDF, EPS) are highly recommended. If you don't have vector files available, raster graphics can be used as well if the resolution is at least 300dpi
Embroidery on beanies: Due to the highly elastic nature of beanies and slouch beanies, designs may not be uniformly embroidered or justified.
If color accuracy is important to you, we suggest email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the desired results when printed on a physical product. We will verify that you file is correct before submission.
