Roaring Riot 2020 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the constantly changing nature of travel and the NFL schedule in 2020 due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, we are enacting the following refund and cancellation policies as they relate to this upcoming season. Please read them carefully - it is our goal to be as fully transparent as possible and to help you as a guest feel safe and secure in your trip with the Roaring Riot, as well as provide multiple options should situations change in the future.

Away Game Experiences deposits will be 100% refundable up until 06/25/2020.

As of now, we are moving forward as the NFL is - with the thought that the NFL season will happen on time, with the full allowance of fans inside the stadium, thereby also allowing activities around the game (tailgates, night before parties, etc) to be both safe and legal according to local laws and regulations where the games are being played. Our NUMBER ONE PRIORITY is the health and safety of those who have chosen to travel with us or participate in our events as well as our team members. We will take every precaution as we work with multiple vendors around the country to ensure that the highest protocols of safety and sanitization. Sanitizing wipes will be available for our guests and hand sanitizing stations will be available for guests when possible.

In the event of the NFL altering its plans - keep in mind, these are the most plausible scenarios we’ve seen and we’ll keep this page constantly updated should things change - we will have the following procedures:

• NFL Full Season Cancellation: All trips purchased after 06/25/2020 will be 95%*** refunded within 7-10 business days of the NFL official announcement. 
• NFL Changes Dates Of Games: Travelers will be given the following options within 7-10 business days of NFL announcement: 

1. Away Game Experience can be 95%*** refunded within 7-10 business days. 
2. Traveler can accept new dates and transfer full experience to new dates provided by the NFL. PLEASE NOTE: New dates may result in the price of your experience being higher or lower. We will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible of a price change and offer solutions.
3. 100% of amount paid can be transferred to any future Roaring Riot Away Game Experience in 2020 or 2021, so long as experience to which the sum is being transferred is a) still available for purchase and b) more than 30 days from announcement.

• NFL Allows Restricted Fan Access To Games: Should the NFL choose to allow only a certain number of fans into the stadium, the Roaring Riot will guarantee your entrance to the game, however, certain aspects of the experience (seat location, Roaring Riot block, etc...) may be subject to change. Again, we will do everything we can to keep the price the same, but a limited supply of tickets may result in a higher ticket price. In this case, the Roaring Riot will offer a 95%*** refund within 7-10 days of the NFL’s announcement should the traveler not wish to secure new tickets, if a change occurs. 

Changes within 60 days of Experiences with full flight packages may also be subject to a $50 non-refundable fee ****. Should the NFL policy and schedule remain the same, the original Roaring Riot refund policy will apply.

We will do everything that we can to ensure not only that you can join us to watch the Panthers in 2020, but that you feel safe doing it. It is our pledge to you that we will continue to overcommunicate, be overly transparent, and be over-sanitized. Please bear with us as exact Experiences may be changed in order to determine maximum compliance with local health regulations and to produce as safe an environment as possible.

We will be rolling with the punches and doing the best we can for all of you as the world continues to deal with the challenges of COVID-19 and we hope that you will, too. But when we get that chance --- oh baby. Let’s party.

 *** - We are only able to refund 95% of purchase price due to 5% of the original payment being allocated to credit card fees and/or fees associated with a payment plan that will not be refunded by our processors. As a small business, we are unable to absorb these losses should games be cancelled.
